岗位职责 ：
1.协助项目经理完成IPO、常年上市公司公司顾问服务的舆情监测（借助专业平台）、财经新闻稿件撰写、价值传播选题策划、危机公关协助处理等；
2.协助项目经理参与上市公司投资者关系管理，对相关分析师、机构调研并形成报告，配合上市公司进行反路演、路演的配合支持等；
3.对有关上市公司、可比公司和同行业的信息数据收集及整理分析工作，根据客户需求撰相关报告、方案；配合完成资本市场周报等；
4.参与上市酒会、上市仪式等会务活动准备，提供活动现场支持等；
5.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
职位要求：
1.现***在读大学本科三、四年级或研究生二年级，新闻、传播、中文、金融、经济等专业；每周可实习天数不少于4天
2.对金融市场、财经公关行业兴趣浓厚，有意向在PR、顾问领域发展，有较强的学习能力；
3.性格开朗、工作积极、责任感强，能够有效沟通，具有团队合作精神；
4.实习期表现优秀者，公司将优先考虑录用和给予转正的机会。
待遇：

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the project manager to complete the public opinion monitoring of IPO and retainer clients (listed companies), cooperating with press release, market value communication planning, crisis management, etc.
2. Assist the project manager to participate in the IR management of the listed company, investigate and report relevant analysts and research Institute of securities companies, and cooperate with the listed company to support the roadshow
3. Provide reports and plans according to client needs by collecting and analyze information and data of listed companies, peer companies and market, cooperate to complete capital market reports, etc.
4. Participate in the preparation of IPO listing ceremony & appreciation banquet and other events, and provide on-site support for the events, etc.
5. Complete other workloads assigned by team leaders
Qualifications:
1.Sophomore of undergraduate or grade two of postgraduate， majoring in Journalism, Communication, Chinese, Finance, economics, etc.
2. Have strong interests in financial market and financial public relations industry, intend to develop in PR and consultant fields, and have strong learning ability
3. Passionate, constructive, energetic, responsible, be able to communicate effectively, a good team player
