岗位职责
1、擅于学习并熟悉公司产品,行业概况,了解各区域行业特性等;
2、负责联系供应商分析数据、编制报价、整理数据;
3、跟进订单生产情况,与工厂协调交货期、现场验货;
4、负责安排出货事宜,组织订舱,装柜监督,准备相应的文件资料;
5、负责出口单证审核、报关、清关等事项;
6、业务相关资料的整理和归档;
7、相关业务工作的汇报。
8、协助项目采购团队和项目团队按时、质量执行工作
9、协助管理层协调项目资源
澳洲团队要求:
Whilst the Purchasing & Logistics Cadet is a training role, they will be required to have and exhibit a hands on approach essential to the position, that requires the incumbent to gain suitable OMS1 business systems and estimating experience along with other practical outfitting experience, to ensure that the incumbent can successfully undertake and complete all requirements of the position.
· Learning how to oversee and control manufacturing processes across a range of segments in the Bulk Accommodation Outfitting sector (ie. Hotels, Student Accommodation, Apartments, BTR, Co-Living, Correction and Detention Centre facilities etc).
· Developing strong verbal, negotiation, interpersonal & written communication skills
· Developing a high level of technical ability in dealing with, and resolving such outcomes associated with the delivery of product on time, quality assurance and reviewing shop drawings, pre package sample installation of products (ie. Kitchens & Joinery and a full range of FF&E products) and packaging, related to the Accommodation sector.
· Developing experience with leading and managing Project Procurement Teams (PPT).
· Developing the ability to engage with and foster strong relationships with the organisations Manufacturing and Client base.
· Attaining suitable qualification and certifications as appropriate in order to hold such a position.
· Willingness to continue such further personal development, education and training as might be reasonably required or requested in the future.
· Attend and Conduct timely meetings with the Project Procurement Teams (PPT) & other team members as well as Client personnel and their nominated parties.
· Assist with the Project Procurement Teams (PPT) and project teams to execute work on time, budget & quality
· Assist with general technical support and direction to the organisation and business generally
· Assist Management with clients manufacturing activities
· Assist Management to coordinate project resources
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历,专业不限;
2、具有较好的计算机操作水平,有报关证等相关贸易操作证书者优先考虑;
3、能自如的用英语沟通,熟练的书写商务邮件;
4,有C牌驾驶执照优者先考虑。
