2. 身体健康，具备一定特长，英语CET-4。

职责范围scope of official duties
1．Have a Basic part and process knowledge and apply it.
2. Support new business quotations (BOM, specifications, regulations, concepts, assumptions, feasibility)
3 . Support develop and maintain an accurate Engineering BOM (Bill of Materials, PCAS)
4. Develop and maintain Critical Characteristics(SC/CC)
5 . Support develop and maintain DFMEA with cross functional input
6 . Contribute to DFMA/PFMEA
7. Work with CAD designer to develop the product design to meet all product performance requirements and cost targets within the agreed project management timeline
8. Work closely with the CAD designer to provide detailed 2D design drawings and 3D CAD data files for the product, approval of 2D and 3D before release to PDM system.
9. Provide technical interface and liaison with the customer (including technical presentations, reviews and feasibility) and capture/manage customer's technical requirement and specification.
10. Maintain a complete historical record of technical information of the program (part change history, customer signoffs at key milestone events, PDCA, core SDS documents)
11.Provide technical support and direction to suppliers as required and approval of supplier's engineering samples.
12.Review, approve and implement supplier technical input if required.
13.Initiate and participate in cross functional design reviews, prototype and OTS sample reviews, document and action outcomes.
14.Develop, maintain and track DVP&R (Customer format, sample qty, schedule, test facilities, testing progress tracking, countermeasures for any failures, DVP&R customer plan approval, customer sign-off)
15.Review and approve moulded and purchased components according to Engineering drawings
16.Lead activities related to part matching (tuning) and part maturation
17.Support pre-production builds for customer and internal deliverables (sample builds for testing, sample builds for customer)
18.Support Customer's vehicle test for mirror performance
19.Support objectives prioritised by the Program Manager
20.Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
