Creating an harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant and report to the Restaurant Manager case of some problem helping to take an action
Responsible for the Cocktails File (recipes and training for the staff) and photos as well. Also prepare copies for the staff any time we are up for a new training
Participate to food training activities to improve knowledge and skills and being confident onthe menu
Making sure that all the customers receive a good service from the beginning to the end, if not report immediately to the Restaurant Manager.
Create new cocktails & mocktails, keep beverage menu always updated.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Meet, greet, seats and farewell customers at the restaurant
Welcome customers, suggesting cocktails, wine and also being confident on food menu: upselling!
Promote the restaurant and function services to potential customers (private party, birthdays, corporate events)
Communicate to the General Manager and the Team regarding any problem about service. Find the solutions and be proactive.
In charge of closing operations in order to leave the Bar tidy and clean, checking that all the doors are lookedaccordingly
Help on the "General Inventory" (Bar department) to support the Team which will be coordinate by the Restaurant Manager
In charge of Bar Inventory, cost and orders to suppliers
