As a Revenue Analyst, RMCC APAC, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for multiple hotels by supporting the Directors, Cluster Revenue Managers, and Cluster Revenue Managers in the strategic coordination of revenue management reporting, processes, and procedures.
What will I be doing?
61 Create, update, and share RMCC reports to all relevant parties; complete all Revenue Analysts’ tasks as and when necessary to ensure consistent processes and procedures for all hotels managed by RMCC
61 Ensure professional and efficient utilization of Hilton systems, tools, and reports; follow best practice for RMCC to ensure all commercial decisions are supported by appropriate data analysis
61 Manage, contribute, and participate in projects to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the RMCC department, reports, process, or procedures
61 Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.
61 Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
61 Build an effective working relationship with commercial service teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the commercial decisions based on data and fact
61 Support Revenue Managers and Directors in the RMCC to ensure a constant and consistent delivery of Revenue Management reporting materials and to drive the business processes forward
61 Follow the RMCC training program to gain expertise of Revenue Management and ensure consistent support for all hotels in the RMCC
61 Provide insights and analytics solutions to drive commercial performance
What are we looking for?
A Revenue Analyst, RMCC APAC serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
61 1+ years related experience in an analytics role involving data analysis, data visualization and commercial insights generation
61 Excellent communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills, both in Chinese and English
61 Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internal and external
61 Positive, open-minded, and ready for fast-paced and changing environment
61 Clear, concise, logical, and factual in making arguments and decisions
61 Ability to recognize trends in data and evaluate complex written and numerical information effectively and efficiently
61 Ability to multi-task, prioritize and balance importance, urgency, and resources
61 Determined and energetic, whilst remaining calm and level-headed to deliver results
61 Profession in Microsoft Excel (formula, pivot table), SQL, and Power BI (or similar visualization tools)
61 VBA, MicroStrategy, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Alteryx are preferred
