During the program, new hires will be assigned to a business and have the opportunities to gain market, product and application knowledge while working with their colleagues on multiple tasks and projects that may include:
- Support new application development projects
- Competitive & market intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
- Market communication and digital marketing projects
- Establish engagement with customers and industry partners
- Support commercial organization with trouble shooting
- Prospect new sales opportunities and introduce new product solutions
- Lab work and analysis to deepen technical knowledge for specific applications
- Field testing and market validation of new product solutions
- Assist senior managers in strategic planning and business stewardship
