工作任务 Tasks:
1. 熟悉采购部所有流程，并依据现有采购流程，帮助采购VP寻找可优化空间。
Get familiar with all purchasing relevant process, and identify the areas for further improvement and optimization according to the existing purchasing process.
2. 建立并优化采购流程，增加采购效率。
Establish and optimize the purchasing process to increase the efficiency.
3. 跟踪监督采购KPI完成情况，并解释完成/未完成原因。
To ensure and monitor defined KPI of purchasing reached, report and analyse the objectives/targets that are finished or outstanding.
4. 完成并分析采购部月度/季度报告，独立完成报告说明（巨大差异，巨大风险）。
Accomplish and analyse monthly or quarterly report of purchasing department, demonstrate report statement to spot the huge difference or potential risk.
5. 支持并参与和全球，亚太其他区域采购团队的合作，完成采购VP下达的任务。
Support and participate the cooperation with global and APAC region purchasing team, accomplish the tasks assigned by Purchasing VP.
6. 在采购VP的指导下，完成采购项目，包括但不限于，本地化项目，本地新研发项目，支持IPO全球或者亚太项目。
Accomplish the various projects under the guidance of Purchasing VP, including but not limited to localization projects, locally developed projects, global IPO projects or other APAC topic assignments.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 德国留学背景，本科及以上学历，采购或物流工程、供应链管理、机械或电气工程类相关专业
Study abroad in Germany, bachelor or above degree, business management or technical major in purchasing, logistics engineering, supply chain management, mechanical, electrical or equivalent.
2. 德国公司采购实习经验优先，且具有回国工作的意愿
Internship experience in area purchasing in German company is preferred, with wiliness to return to China for work.
3. 逻辑性强，卓越的沟通及谈判技巧，具有商务意识及项目管理能力
Clear logic, excellent communication skill and negotiation skill, with commercial sense and project management ability.
4. 结果导向，高效协作且抗压，学习意愿强且勤奋踏实
Result-driven, work efficient and be cooperative, can work under pressure, eager to learn, persuasive and diligent.
5. 英语流利，德语可作为工作语言
Fluent English(both oral and written), German as working language
6. 熟练使用办公软件
MS skill is required;
