As Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will be navigating the following
3 core dimensions:
Business Development & Client relations
61 Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
61 Engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase our expertise, and drive new business opportunities.
61 Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Recruitment & Team leadership
61 Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset.
61 Mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed.
61 Ensure project success and maintain high consultant satisfaction.
Project & People management
61 Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit.
61 Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
61 Lead daily operations and create a dynamic working environment for your team.
Your profile
61 You are graduated with a Master’s degree in business, computer science information system, or engineering.
61 You’re thriving in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
61 You’re structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
61 You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, third language will be a plus.
