职责描述:
- Support WCM pillars (PM, OC, PQ, SI, E&T) implementation. 支持WCM支柱（计划维护、自主维护、渐进质量、焦点改善、教育和培训支柱）在全厂的推行。
- Support WCM Manager to develop, update and implement WCM procedures, policies, standards and reports etc. 支持WCM相关程序、政策、标准和报告等的制作。
- Coach or lead specific loss reduction projects through classroom training, on-hand coaching, regular Kaizen projects follow-up etc. 指导或视需要带领损失消除改善小组，可以是，但也不限于课堂培训、实地辅导和定期跟踪等形式。
- Manage Problem Solving System, Suggestion System. 管理问题解决系统和建议系统.
- Support WCM training and communication etc. to promote WCM mindset throughout the plant. 支持WCM培训和沟通等WCM理念在全厂的建立。
- Support other departments, such as IATF16949 audit, customer audit, EHS, SCM, etc. 支持相关部门的工作，比如IATF16949、客户审核、EHS等。
- WCM is an integrated system of TPM, Lean and 6Sigma. WCM是TPM、精益和六西格玛集成的一套卓越运营管理系统。
任职要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Science and Engineering is preferred. TPM/Lean/ 6Sigma experience is a plus. 全日制本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先。TPM、精益或六西格玛经验是加分项。
- 3 or above year’s working experience in a manufacturing company and working in Aluminum or Steel or Auto industry is a plus. 3年及以上制造业经验者优先。铝加工或钢加工行业经验是加分项。
- Good logical thinking and rapid learner. 良好的逻辑思维和快速学习能力
- Good communication in EN& CN. Good MS Office Skills. 良好的中英文书面沟通能力，熟练使用办公软件。
- Result driver and good team player. 结果导向和良好的团队合作精神。
