Your main missions would be the following:
As APAC coordinator with local markets (CN, KR, TW, HK, MO) regarding all executional works and project timelines
1. Media Campaign Coordination – 30%
- Coordinate media campaign project timeline from briefing, proposal, launch clipping report, mid-campaign report, post campaign report
- Coordinate media campaign assets mapping and materials
- Coordinate campaign webpages including UTM URL and local translations
- Coordinate global social campaign brief including assets mapping, URL, translations an demo validations
2. Media Plan – 5%
- Coordinate monthly media plan submission from local markets
3. Digital Project Coordination – 10%
- Coordinate on-going debugging, translation and proofreading with local market contacts
- Coordinate webpage request from local markets
- Coordinate Wechat MP and Tmall campaign page layout validations
4. Social Media Coordination – 30%
- Daily coordination on global social calendar assets and translations to ensure quality postings on local social OAs
- Coordinate KR and CN local social calendar
- Coordinate local posts request of HK and TW
- Coordinate Wechat post layout validation
- Coordinate monthly social report submission from CN and KR
- Review monthly social report draw learnings from last month best performances and keep up with competitors’ social activities
5. SEM Project Coordination – 5%
- Coordinate always-on SEM visual renews
- Coordinate monthly SEM report submission from local markets
6. Reports – 20%
- Monthly newsletter update
- Media campaign activity update
Who you are:
- Fluent in English. Korean would be plus skills.
- Strong communications and coordination skill, extroverted
- Good analytical skill
- Social and digital guru
- Able to attend at least 4 days/week
- At least 6-month internship
