Being a Technical Management Trainee in Nestlé, you will have:
1. 2-year Job rotation in Headoffice and different factories to gain diversified exposure, business insight, knowledge and hands-on experience in Technical Functions and factories.
2. Participation in special projects / assignments under the mentorship of senior managers.
3. Opportunities to unleash potential and develop expertise in specific functions / departments, e. g. Quality Assurance, Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Application, Safety, Packaging Services, Strategic Operations. etc.
