Your main missions would be the following:
PR (approx. 10 hours per week)
To consolidate and compile:
weekly clippings from all markets
new cover shooting and ongoing cover shooting from all markets
Feedback and results of Press campaigns from all markets
Translation
To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
Assist on DMR coverage tracking
Celebrity, KOL and influencer (approx. 10 hours per week)
To consolidate and compile celebrity endorsement reports from all markets
To consolidate and compile feedbacks and results of influencer campaigns Celebrity, KOL and influencer profile search, translation and consolidation
To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
Events (approx. 8 hours per week)
Market search and reports – to help on the monitoring and collection of competitor brands’ and top luxury brands’ activities and consolidate them into reports. Eg. exhibitions, press/ VIC preview of new collection launch, trunk shows, VIC appointments and VIP dinners.
Competitor brands - Cartier, VCA, Bvlgari, Chaumet, Tiffany, Piaget, Chorpad and etc
Top luxury brands – Dior, Chanel, LV, Hermes, Prada and etc To consolidate event reports from all markets, make format adjustment
To assist on improving quality, adjusting format, making correction for documents & presentations from markets
? Material sample collection from all markets
Others daily administration tasks (approx. 2 hours per week)
Logistic / documents & magazine arrangement
