工作职责:
1 Provide professional secretarial and administration support to Management Team and personal assistant of the company VPs,Ensure all VPs’ offices and work facilities are in a good condition
2 Excellent skills of people managing and communications
3 Work for customer related tasks, and customer visits. Take responsibilities of customer visits for STA Changzhou site, well manage the customer satisfaction survey for the site
4 Calendar, call and agenda management; Document translation and management
5 Document drafting, maintain and filing
6 Good at data analysis and data display; Operation project data collecting and task tracking
7 Coordinate with other functions to accomplish work assignments, assist immediate supervisor to complete any work related tasks
8 Excellent skills on meeting minutes is added value
9 Document management (Words, ppt, Excel, etc.) including
summarizing, drafting, polishing and completing as well as translation, archiving
10 Meeting management, arrange meeting, take notes, draft meeting minutes and follow up action items.
11 Set up TC with TC number. Manage TC account regularly.
12 Travel arrangements for immediate supervisor and team through travel
agency
13 Meeting support for internal and external meetings including
off-site meeting coordination
14 Manage special projects such as data collection and tracking
15 Deal with emergencies
任职资格:
Bachelor Degree or above
Major in English, Business Administration or relevant. Hotel Management Subject can be also considered
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Advanced in English listening, writing, reading and speaking
