Main Responsibility:
1. Coordinate internally and externally to prepare digital assets to ensure campaign launch smoothly
2. Update weekly and monthly report for both digital and OOH
3. Support retail marketing by preparing product info and collecting advertorial content for each campaign
4. Payment follow-up including vendor creation, contract filling, records tracking, official seal application and payment submission
5. Other administration and operation support
Requirements:
1. Integrity, responsibility, passion to luxury and fashion
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, excel and Powerpoint
3. Excellent English skill in reading and writing
4. At least 3 days per week, prefer 4 months internship
