Job Summary:
As part of Budweiser Capability Center growth strategy, we are fully committed to drive business grow through guaranteed TST planning in BU Korea. We currently seeking a Korea TST planning specialist to join us, reporting directly to Korea TST Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a Leading FMCG Company but also experience the entrepreneurship spirit. The primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) assisting LM to successfully complete migration of transportation project and design transportation procedures (T1 and T2 TMS) and improving productivity through BCC process optimization, automatic tool, and other system method
Order management and fulfillment under official guidance
Daily TST planning operating
Daily TST execution to follow up the delivery results
Inventory checking to predict inventory shortage and ensure orders can be delivered successfully
Daily closing on abnormal cases and orders
Project support under team leader’s requirement
Communicating with all related parties to solve task related issues to proceed
Other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above required
Logistics, international trade, business administration or related disciplines preferred
Experience/Technical competencies
Native Korean and intermediate English
1~3 years customer service/ order management/ international trade/ logistics/ forwarding/sales experience required
Must accept flexible holidays resulted from holiday difference between CN and KR
Accept Saturday shift and shift working hours (6AM~3:30PM at office and 4AM~12:30PM at home)
ERP or SAP experience
Proactive and outgoing
Keen on the service level
Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset
