Job Responsibility
1. Provide technical?support?services?for?the?company's?products,?including online or product?knowledge?explanation?and?operation?training?for?customers face to face.
2.According?to?customer?needs,?provide?early-stage?consultation,?mid-term?tracking.late-stage?service?and?other?matters?of?technical?solutions,?and?provide?customers?with comprehensive technical solutions and support.
3.Cooperate?with?regional?sales?to?assist?relevant?dealers/distributors?in?product?demonstration,technical?explanation,?demand?communication?and?plans’?preparation,?participate?in?the layout of the company’s exhibitions and promotion meetings.
4.? Recorded?operation?videos?of?the?company's?relevant?products?and?wrote? relevant technical?materials?of?the?company's?new?products.
Job?requirements
1.?Have CET4 or above, oral?English proficiency is?preferred, or native English speakers are popular, good at a second foreign language is preferred.
2.Priority given to those with LED industry experience.
3.College?degree?or?above,?major?in?communication,?electronics,?automation?related priority , acceptable for outstanding fresh graduates.
4.?Have?a?good?sense?of?customer?service?awareness,?honest?and?confident,?positive ,have?the?ability?to?work?independently?and?have?a?good?team awareness.
5.Acceptable overseas?working place preferred
