Primary Purpose:
Mainly support to VPs for daily working.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Administration to...
- Manage calendar online for the VPs.
- Organize correspondence including screening and answering phones, processing incoming mail, completing expense reports, processing invoices, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate regular updates with key staff members and internal business partners
- Coordinate trips/agenda for executive visits and prepare for meetings with external partners/visitors
- Maintain updated records/information for all key external parties
- Assist in preparing speeches and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
