Job Description:
Team1 Planning and Effectiveness:
- Support timely update of wealth product sales manual and other policies & procedures while coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Support the training of frontline staff and the preparation of training materials
- Collect market/customer/frontline research to identify and provide timely optimization suggestions
- Support effectiveness improvement, including planning, policy, procedure, cost analysis etc.
- Apply business knowledge to identify ways of improving internal procedure effectiveness
Team2 Product Expert:
Specific Requirements:
1) Good communication skills especially in both verbal and written English and can work under pressure
2) Strong skills in Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
3) Preferably 9-12 months, 4-5days/week
