- Analyze Monthly Sales Data with fixed template reports.
- Continuously optimize and simplify the existed Reports, by working with Finance/IT/Process teams.
- Create and improve the Visualization and Demonstration ways, thanks to the adoption of new tools and angles.
- Provide on-demand Data and Margin analysis for given projects.
2. Business Analysis
- Analyze Regions and Channels business performance from different angles - highlights and lowlights.
- Provide business insights and suggestions, based on business understanding, data integration and in-depth analysis.
3. Digital Offer Management
- Manage ACB digital offers, such as Product Selector - Product Configuration tool, EPC - Desktop Software, EPD - Mobile Software.
4. Contact Window for Supply Chain, Field Service, Training and Promotion
- SPoC for Forecast, Urgent Order and UD (Un-delivery), collaborating with Supply Chain and Channel teams.
- SPoC for Training Calendar, to build a comprehensive training plan to Sales teams according business strategy and
priority.
- SPoC for Sales team to follow and execute the Annual Incentive Plan to drive the high-quality business growth - Communicate, push, collect, execute and follow-up.
- SPoC for Annual promotion activity with MarCom/Launch team - Offline and Digital way.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or related fields;
- 1~3 years working experience in B2B MNCs;
- Good English skills both in written and oral;
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), especially professional for Excel;
- Structured thinking, be thoughtful and focus on details with business curiosity and acumen;
- Good organization, coordination, communication and presentation skill;
- Familiar with data processing and visualization tools - Tableau/Power BI/Power Query will be a plus.
