Mission/Purpose of the Job
FSC Trainee is responsible for providing financial and administrative in order to ensure effective, efficient
and accurate accounts receivable/payable transactions and accounting treatments.
Main Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities and key competencies:
1. Administer of accounts receivable/payable transactions and accounting treatments
2. Process 3 way matching, review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
3. Resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
4. Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
5. Make sure all the receipts post in SAP in time(normally within 24 hours),enhance the accuracy of AR.
6. Clear AR timely and accurately, avoid inflated debts or downpay.
7. Provide accurate debts report.
8. Handle all the inter-company AR allocation, include ICE netting & non-trade receivable, make all foreign
exchange could receive success and in time.
9. Make I/C recharge accurately and timely, it help us receive the recharge in time.
10. Confirmation debts with customer every month to make debts accurate.
11. Assign & bookkeeping tax invoice in SAP, make all the invoices switch to finance vouchers in time.
12. Run not assigned invoice information in SAP and send to CVC every month end to ensure SAP invoices
issue tax invoices in time.
13. Responsible for preparing AR/AP related analysis reports as directed by the Team Leader.
14. Assist with month end closing
15. Provide supporting documentation for audits
16. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
17. Assist with other tasks as needed
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting.
2. Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese)
3. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office software, etc.
4. Additional certification of Accounting is preferred. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
5. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner.
