支持制造通过线束产品制造工艺知识, 支持制造工艺开发,优化,培训员工,问题解决和持续改善活动,创建WI和工程文件
Support CIT manufacturing through knowledge of cable assembly manufacturing process. support process development/optimization, guidance to operators, problem-solving/continuous-improvement activities, create WI and engineering documents
工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 提供技术支持来解决产线发生的问题.
Provide technical support to production lines.
2. 创建和更新作业指导书/工程文件用于样品和量产.
Create and update WI or engineering documents for FA build and mass production.
3. 反馈图纸问题,工艺问题,质量问题给到工程师和团队.
Feedback drawing issues, process problems, quality issues to Engineer and team.
4. 同工治具工程师或PE开发新的工治具,并参与工治具设计评审和验收
Work with tooling & fixture engineers or PE to develop new tools and fixtures, participating
in design reviews and qualifications.
5. 参与首件制作,工艺验证,材料验证.
Prototype build & Process verification & Material verification.
6. 跟踪样品制作和提供改善行动.
Follow up FA build and provide improvement actions.
7. 同团队开发制程失效模式分析.
Develop PFMEA with the team.
8. 不良品分析,提供分析报告.
Failure analysis, provide analysis report.
9. 创建标准工时,提高生产效率.
Create Standard Work and improve productivity.
10. 参与员工培训和资格认证.
Participate in operator training and qualification.
11. 尊重他人, 对自己的安全和工作质量负责.
Respect others. Take responsibility for your safety and the quality of your work.
12. 保持对周围环境的意识. 立即报告不安全的条件,未遂事件,急救,他其它事件.礼貌的干预或报告不安全的行为(例如:有人没有正确佩戴个人防护用品).
Maintain awareness of your surroundings. Report unsafe conditions and near-miss, first-aid,
and other incidents immediately. Respectfully intervene or report unsafe behavior
(Example: someone not wearing proper PPE).
13. 对消除浪费和改善作业流程提出建设性意见,参与问题解决和改善活动.
Suggest ideas to eliminate waste and to improve work processes and procedures. Participate in problem solving and improvement activities.
14. 改善当前和开发新的作业指导文件使其更容易理解和遵守.
Improve existing and develop new process work instructions that are easy to understand and enable flow
15. 执行有关产品工程的其它相关安排.
Performs special assignments relative to Carlisle IT product engineering.
职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 高中及以上学历.
High school degree or above.
2. 至少1年以上线束产品相关经验.
Minimum of 1 years of cable assembly experience required.
3. 工作细心,有条理,责任心强,具备团队精神和沟通协调能力.
Careful, well-organized, responsible, team player with good communication and coordination skills.
4. 具备良好的英语阅读能力.
Good ability of reading in English.
5. 熟练运用Office办公软件(Excel, Word),和绘图软件
Be familiar with Office software, and CAD
