Job Responsibilities:
1. Offer consultation services from both call and e-mails. 提供电话/电邮的咨询服务 ·
2. Provide price quotations, register the information of samples according to the information received and answer any queries clients may have 提供报价,订单信息注册/录入以及解答客户疑问 ·
3. Work with different department to make sure all orders are completed on time, and clients are kept up to date on the status of their order; 各部门协调合作,确保订单按时完成,并确保客户及时了解订单状态 ·
4. Handle ad-hoc assignment as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/leader on time and meet requirements 处理临时分配的工作,按时按要求完成经理/负责人安排的其他工作
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above 大专及以上,专业不限 ·
2. Good command of Oral English and writing English 良好的英语口语和书写能力.
3. Good communication skills and language competence; 良好的沟通和语言表达能力 ·
4. Self-initiated, independent and a good team player. 主动、独立、有良好的团队合作精神 .
【特别说明】:本岗位希望立即到岗,且实习期至少为半年,理想状态是可以实习一年,每周做五休二。提供宿舍(园区内的白领公寓,步行3分钟)
