1.Cashflow reporting and forecasting
61Analyze the month cashflow variances versus forecast /prior year / budget through indirect method;
61Forecast the full year cashflow with potential risks and opportunities through indirect method;
61Provide working capital insights like DPO movement explanation and improvement suggestions;
61Proactively improve the cashflow forecast model to narrow the forecast variance;
2.Budgeting & Rolling Forecast
61Understand key business drivers and provide management with accurate and relevant information for decision-making;
61Work closely with business partners to understand risks and opportunities to forecasts;
3.Continuous improvement
61Support continuous improvement in Finance process and capabilities.
61Leverage system capabilities to efficiently report key performance metrics to leadership team on a regular basis.
61Perform ad hoc data analysis and analytic support for special project.
职位要求：
1.BA/BS degree+, CPA/ACCA preferred
2.5- 8 years of experience, recent 2-3 years in FP&A role;
3.Familiar with SAP system, Tagetik is a plus option
4.Fluent English for both written and oral is must-be.
5.Availability to work autonomously. Skill with Query is preferred.
6.High level of proficiency in financial modelling required.
7.Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and comfortable under pressure.
8.Ownership is required, results oriented and proactive
9.10%-30% domestic travel
10.Situational adaptability, manages complexity, strategic mindset, drives results, plans & aligns
