rimary Purpose: Support the company business through local recruitment and training, updating internal databases, optimizing HR procedures and work jointly with X-functions on adminstrative tasks in a timely manner.
Job Responsibility:
1. Work Closely with business in order to deeply understand hiring criteria, search and screen candidates, interview with appropriate stakeholders and follow up on-boarding process.
2. Implement the training needs analysis, carry out training plan and track the progress, analyze training result for continuous improvement.
3. Support the rollout of Corporate Programs or BU HR projects, develop collaborative relationships with Corporate HR functions.
4. Support to organize the communication, activities and meetings within the organization, promotes employee understanding of programs, policies and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
5. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR management is preferred,
2. 3 years or above related HR working experience, recruitment and training experience is preferred,
3. good collobration and communication skill, good learning skill.
