Job Purpose
Preform internal and external coordination for road export shipments fulfillment.
内外协调, 根据要求完成陆运出口货物操作和客服工作。
Functional Responsibility
1. Daily space booking according to the request of clients;
按照客户要求进行日常订舱;
2. To amend or optimize the solution according to the market or cargo status;
根据市场形势及货物情况及时调整或优化进出口方案;
3. To coordinate and solve the problem for overseas colleagues and clients in time during transportation;
及时协调或解决国外同事或客户在运输过程中遇到的问题;
4. To keep good relationship with clients, visit timely and know the requirements.
同客户保持良好的关系,定期上门拜访,了解需求;
5. To check all export revenues and costs before month ending;
月底前核对每票货物的收入及成本;
6. To collect the railway market information, update and maintain the tariffs of each road carrier;
收集陆运市场信息,对市场信息和价格进行更新和维护;
7. Monitor the loading on the spot when necessary;
必要时现场监装;
8. Back up for team members when necessary;
必要时做同事的后备;
9. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and department manager.
上级主管或部门经理安排的其他工作。
Personal Capabilities & Education
1. Over 1 years’ experience on cs/op in forwarder industry, being able to work;
有1年以上货代行业客服/操作经验,能够独立工作;
2. Being able to communicate with local agent and client smoothly;
具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通;
3. Being familiar with MS office and good English reading、writing & speaking ability;
熟悉办公自动化软件, 英语读写及口语能力佳;
4. Team player to work with high responsibility and patience;
对待工作细致耐心,有责任心,能够和团队成员和睦相处;
5. College degree or above;
大专或者以上学历;
6. Experience in rail operation is preferred.
有铁路操作经验的优先考虑。
