Job description:
Act as a product design engineer, focus on the magnetics component design, take responsibilities for the R&D work in the product life cycle, from customer requirement clarifying, concept design, and product mass production, to product end of life.
作为产品设计工程师，主要聚焦在磁性元器件设计。承接从客户需求澄清，到产品设计，以及产品落地，产品生命周期管理的一系列研发工作。
Major responsibilities主要职能有：
1.Visit and communicate with the customers on technology, acquire/clarify the customer requirements, summarize the information as design input.
对接客户，跟客户进行技术交流与沟通，获得客户需求信息，作为设计输入。
2.Submit the design concept/specification to the customer following the design input, to achieve the customer target.
根据客户输入，进行产品概念设计，输出能满足客户要求的整体方案。
3.Create BOM and RM specifications, responsible for the raw material’s cost competitiveness and acquirement.
根据设计方案，输出BOM与原材料图纸，为采购团队提供报价支撑并对所涉及原材料的可加工性，可获得性负责。
4.Coordinate with the engineering team on the product manufacturability, deliver the protypes/samples to the customer accurately and timely, support on the customer evaluation and test, improve the design *** pass rate.
与工程团队合作，确保产品的可制造性，确保样品能及时准确地提供给客户，供客户测试评估，提升样品的一次通过率。
5.Coordinate with the Project Management team to move the related project forward, and support on the miles stone done and get the project to be launched timely.
与项目管理团队合作，按照流程完成项目节点，在项目开发过程中提供技术支撑，确保项目落地。
6.Participate in the project quality design, identify and avoid the potential quality risk by using the DFx tools, support the QA team to fix the existing quality issue happened from design stage to mass production.
配合品质部门，按照DFx的模式进行产品质量设计，解决从样品制作到量产过程中发生的以及潜在的质量风险。
7.To be involved in the product life cycle, continue to optimize the product/process design, improve the product competitiveness.
参与产品的生命周期管理，为产品的持续竞争力提升提供支持。
8.Participate in the team building and team development, support improving the team capability and increasing the company brand value, includes but no limit to training the junior employees, publishing technology papers and patens.
参与所在团队的组织建设，为团队能力提升提供支持，为公司品牌建设提供支持，包括但不限于论文，专利等技术性文献的发表。
Capabilities required能力要求：
1.year minimum working experience in magnetics design field.
1年以上同行业工作经验。
2.Master the design skills and theory of power inductor, transformer, filter, know the related products’ manufacturing process well.
掌握功率电感，变压器，滤波器等相关产品的设计经验，有一定的产品工艺设计能力。
3.Know the processes and technologies of the raw materials, understand the application of the end product on the customer side.
对上下游产品有一定的经验，如客户应用场景，以及原材料的制作场景。
4.Master the design tools like solidworks, Autocad, and office tools
熟练掌握诸如Solidworks, Autocad等设计工具，以及Office软件等办公工具。
5.With good English reading and writing capabilities, good oral English capability prior to the others.
英语阅读与书写能力流畅，有口语能力优先。
6.Know the tools of APQP well, be familiar with the standards of AEC-Q200, and VDA6.3
熟悉APQP工具，掌握AEC-Q200以及VDA6.3等行业标准。
