Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
· Follow up on day to day activities from suppliers and co-loaders, and ensure related SEA Export SOP's are well followed. 跟进供应商和联运商的日常活动，确保相关的海运出口SOP得到良好的遵守。
· Coordinate with Sea co-loaders, agent and trucking companies for all export operational activities on daily basis. 与海运公司、代理商和卡车运输公司协调所有日常出口业务活动。
· Optimize the export shipment space & cost, boost profit 优化出口货位和成本，提高利润
· Updating of daily shipments to all suppliers. Trace & Guide suppliers to delivery cargo & necessary export documents to assigned place on time 向所有供应商更新每日发货。跟踪并指导供应商按时将货物及必要的出口单证送到指定地点
· Liaise with overseas units and update them on their orders and queries. 与海外单位联络，更新他们的订单和疑问
· Ensure full compliance with all applicable Customs regulations in Exports operations. 确保在出口业务中完全遵守所有适用的海关规定。
· Generating shipping documents like Invoice, packing list and other shipping related documents 生成发货单据，如发票、装箱单等发货相关单据
· Generating freight invoices and track payments enhance AR collection on time. 生成货运发票和跟踪付款，提高应收账款的按时收款。
· To compile monthly reports to management with quantity & freight costs/sales etc. 编制月度报告给管理层，包括数量、运费、销售等。
· Keeping records/files of Sea freight shipments. 保存海运货物的记录/文件。
· Accomplish other tasks given by the Manager per his/her competence 完成经理交办的其他工作
Qualifications & Requirements 任职要求：
College degree, English with CET-4 certificate; Fluent English and good command of computer; 大学学历，英语四级；英语流利，熟练使用计算机；
At least 1~2 year working experience of Sea Export / Import operation; 1~2年以上海运进出口业务工作经验；
Positive working attitude Pro-Active and Customer service oriented ; 积极主动的工作态度，以客户服务为导向；
A good team player, glad to share / help善于团队合作，乐于分享/帮助
be responsible, be careful, be able to work under pressure; 有责任心，细心，能承受工作压力；
Good communication skill , 良好的沟通技巧，
good organization skill, can work well independently 良好的组织能力，能独立工作
Good learning attitude, be adaptable 良好的学习态度，适应能力强
