项目综述：
参与为期3-6个月的培训生计划：职场新人破冰之旅+外企软技能培训+生物分析实验基础知识培训+完备的专业技术课程+优秀导师带教；培训结束并通过考核的同学将有机会被直接录用。
基本要求：
- 生物、化学、药物分析等相关专业，本科或以上学历的2025年应届毕业生；
- 具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神，能够适应工作压力；
- 热情自信，拥有自我学习的愿望和强烈的进取心；
- 良好的英文读写水平， 通过CET-4或以上水平考试；
该实习是带薪培训，要求能确保一定的出勤时间，实习结束提供转正机会。

Internship Assignment Summary:
- Learns how to document work and Maintains study documentation and laboratory records.
- Learns to use, sets-up, maintains, operates and performs routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment. Including problem identification and resolution.
- Performs quality control review of data.
- Learns to plan signed workload on a daily basis and effectively schedule multiple assignments.
- Assist in logging in and keeping track of standards, matrix, special reagents and study samples by electronic sample management system.
- performs routine instrument calibration and maintenance on general instruments
- Tracks the usage of lab consumables and orders them.
- Promotes a cohesive team environment.
- Learns to plan assigned workload on a daily basis and effectively schedule multiple assignments.
- Maintains a clean and safe laboratory work environment.
- Participates in client visits as needed, assists in communicating technical information.
- Participates in process improvement initiatives.
- Learn how to organize experiment document, and how archive the documents.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or related scientific field
- Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software programs.
