岗位职责：
1、作为无级变速器和DCT双离合变速器开发团队的一员
Works as a member of the development team for continuously variable transmissions and DCT
2、使用现有产品的标定变速器，以满足客户的要求
Calibrates the transmission using existing models to fulfill the requirements of the customer
3、实现离合器，变速器和换挡鼓的调整
Realizes clutch，variator and shift drum adjustments
4、编写并执行测试程序，以确保标定传输的功能和持久性
Writes and executes test programs that ensure the functionality and durability of a calibrated transmission
5、管理标定数据并及时交付给客户
Manages the timely delivery of calibration sets to customers
6、支持售后问题的调查
Support to investigate the issues from after sale
7、支持改进CVT和DCT的产品更新，包括硬件和软件
Support to improve the CVT and DCT product update including hardware and software
任职资格：
1、熟练掌握无级变速器和DCT双离合器变速器的工作原理
The working principle of a CVT and DCT
2、熟练掌握发动机、ESP、ABS、电机的工作原理
The working principle of an Engine, ESP, ABS, Motor
3、熟悉mlt, INCA或VECTOR, Matlab /Simulink工具
MLT, INCA or VECTOR , Matlab /Simulink tools
4、知道如何标定离合器，变速器，换挡鼓
How to calibrate clutch, variator, shift drum
5、熟悉当地政府关于燃油消耗和排放的法律法规
Be Familiar with legislations of local government for fuel consumption and emission
6、熟悉当地政府关于燃油消耗和排放的法律法规
At least 1-3 years working experience in automobile industry
7、至少完成过3个以上完整的项目开发过程
At least 3 full project development process
8、英语流利
