Responsibilities:
1)Issue PID for all project by gathering information from relevant engineer;
2)Define Design Pressure of all circuit;
3)Define deriming procedure of plant;
4)Define and size the utilities network (IA, NS);
5)Issue piping list;
6)Define the major protection loop on the PID;
7)Check and approve sub-supplier’s PID;
8)Support the site commissioning;
9)Support as required, machine specialist and the proposal of machine;
10)Attend the review meeting with related professionals (PFD, PID freeze,
clients, etc).
11)Ensure that projects are all designed in compliance with the expected safety,
reliability and performance;
12)Coach and support the team members on technical issues when needed;
Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering, chemical mechanic,
automation or cryogenic relevant;
2)Wide knowledge of chemical process design, chemical industrial process,
instrumentation, control, process machines, metal material and standards, etc.;
3)Familiar with Microsoft Office software, Microstation, Smartplant and
Smartsketch, etc. and basic calculation with excel tools;
4)Positive, good communication and open-minded individual;
5)Good English.
