Responsibilities:
1)Customer management
Maintain direct contact with customers’ key personnel and work with customers and internal functions to resolve problems/ expedite matters
Participate in meetings for customer problem resolution; if necessary, work with customer services personnel to deal with problems, complaints
2)Credit management
Conclude sales contracts according to company credit policies and company rules and provide customer information as inputs to F A to support revision of credit policies.
Work closely with the personnel responsible for account receivable to ensure that the customers honor the sales contract terms.
Provide customer credit information for company credit control function, ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.
Regularly provide reports and final plans to supervisor regarding customer profiles, business opportunities, market research, territory assessment, sales data, analyses on product consumption/ performance, logistics services, problem areas and solutions etc, as base information to review sales/marketing/pricing plans or objectives
3)Market intelligence
Oversee the establishment of a database and the processes to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology, the service needs, intelligence on competitors, etc in order to identify new business opportunities.
Identify the business opportunity to collaborate with local player (Both institute and private company)
Qualifications:
1)Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
2)Strong organizational and planning skills
3)Able to communicate effectively in writing, orally and with strong presentation skills
4)Willingness to work irregular hours and travel (including international travel) for work
5)Team orientated and with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
6)Good English level
