61 Analyze the HSSE risks associated with the line of work.
61 AP function in 11 companies and focus on several entities, ensure accounting entries are correctly done in SAP and compliance with local and Group accounting rules.
=> Ensure vendor invoice are correctly and timely processed in SAP, when invoice variance is out of tolerance, invoice is blocked for payment, inform affiliate relevant department to solve the problem
=> Check vendor invoices compliance
=> Check staff expenses claim, ensure invoice compliance and correct posting in SAP
=> Ensure timely trade related taxes payment (Consumption tax, Custom duty, VAT…)
=> Assist GL team to accrue staff expense claim at period end
=> Clear GR/IR accounts on monthly basis and analysis and investigate abnormal items
=> Strictly followed up AP/DP/GRIR outstanding items on weekly base.
=> Direct communication with FS concerned affiliates and follow up vendor open items
=> Ensure vendor account reconciliation is done properly and systematically
=> Ensure monthly and yearly closing of AP module is properly and timely conducted
61 Prepare inter-companies reports for FS supported companies and conduct inter-company reconciliation on monthly basis
61 Group and Statutory audit: be responsible for AP related including prepare audit package with full notes, prepare details information and explanation to auditor and so on. Coordinate with auditors to ensure group and statutory audit are properly and timely completed.
61 Maintain working manual of AP function
61 Ensure correct VAT, CT, WHT and other related tax record
61 Ensure one original copy of VAT invoices are sent to affiliates for deduction on timely basis
61 Finish KPI report of AP function and monitor outsourcing team daily work.
61 Work closely with outsourcing vendor to ensure one original copy of VAT invoices are sent to affiliates for deduction on timely basis
61 Assist in stock take of the affiliates
61 Support on the process optimization and simplification.

Requirement
61 Bachelor degree of Finance & Accounting
61 A minimum of three years of related experience
61 Having practical knowledge of HSSE and understands the stakes and being capable of raising awareness / communicate on HSSE topics
61 Good interpersonal and communication skills for partnership with other departments, affiliates and external stakeholders
61 Must be independent, self-motivated, good occupation attitude, customer service oriented mindset and be willing to work under pressure.
61 Excellent PC skills on MS office tools and SAP knowledge especially in FI, CO and MM module is a great plus
61 Fluent Mandarin, good command of English is a plus
