About the Role:
This position manages all the related business activities within China sales team
Key Responsibilities:
61 Manage all sales activities within his/her territory/ market to meet the forecast set with the company
61 Recommend and assist in establishing the production and inventory plan to support the business
61 Identify new business and product opportunities in the customers
61 Establish the sales plan to penetrate and increase share in customers
61 Maintain close relationship with the customers
61 Coordinate with factories to set up supply plan and follow up on prompt delivery to customers
61 Be responsible for the third party testing for our Product to make sure Kerry product meet legal requirements.
61 Assist in expediting payment from customers
61 Collect data on markets and industries relevant to our business
61 Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
61 Bachelor degree or above
61 Above 2 years relative working experience, ingredients & flavors working experience is preferred
61 Good communication skills
61 Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinct
61 Fluent both in English and Chinese
