Responsibilities:
1.Internal document organization within the department: paper documents, including various procedural materials, reports, etc., electronic documents, and archiving and summarizing of files in public disks.
2.Management of various safety materials (personal protective equipment, medical kits, emergency safety equipment, safety supplies, etc.), procurement of various safety materials.
3.Management of hazardous waste rooms and company environmental protection facilities, statistics of hazardous waste data, and registration of ledgers; Regularly conduct environmental inspections and arrange on-site inspection items.
4.Search, collect, and organize training materials, regulatory materials, etc. under the guidance of HSE personnel.
5.Training for new employees and related parties and tracking of training progress; Assist HSE in conducting annual training.
6.Access control management: managing access control permissions for incoming and outgoing employees.
7.Assist HSE in conducting audits on factory safety and environment; Assist in tracking the status and completion of risk hunting investigations.
Requirements:
1.Current university students (senior year preferred).
2.Attendance 5 days per week and last for 6 months at least.
3.Team spirit, Communication and Experience abroad or cross-culture experience desired.
4.English (Great oral is preferred).
