Develop people by providing practical experience to build and develop their SPS skills.
Understand and educate the organisation in working according to the SPS and it's methods.
Prepare and train employees for operational readiness regarding culture behaviors and way of working.
Coach & support the organization with Scania Production System expertise to meet challenging targets.
Train and coach the organization in Kaizen methodology.
Get trained in Sinoform SHE Portfolio (Able to develop and train within the SHE methods).
Keep a holistic view within SHE and confidently communicate a broad variety of topics and uphold relations with different stakeholders.
Support and guide managers and others in the systematic work environment management. Be helpful in risk assessments and work environment rounds.
Responsible for SHE training and communication meeting organization.
Responsible to develop, standardise and improve SHE forum within Sinoform.
Be the role model within the SHE area.
Develop local work environment procedures/instructions.
Support in the implementation of SHE system and investigations.
Train managers within e.g incidents report system, TIA.
Collaboration with central SHE engineers, such as fire/ergonomics/environment/safety.
Plan, participate in, follow up internal audits, self audits, legal compliance, Blue Rating.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree or above. 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.5 years’ experience in a multinational company.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Lean-experience.
Fluent English in written and oral.
Leadership.
Good knowledge within MS Office.
Familiar with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations of SHE in China.
Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility.
