岗位职责:
Objectives of the Position:
1. Develop customized approaches for OpEx Consulting projects (PSD, LEAN focused)
2. Project Management/Execution and Stakeholder Management for OpEx consulting projects
3. As the regional experts in the area of
61 Development of the right organizational processes and setup in and between production plants, site services and support functions,
61 LEAN transformation.
4. Alignment of OpEx roadmap with clients and sponsor, support implementation of OpEx roadmap
5. Support capabilities development for operation community to identify optimization potentials and implement continuous improvement of our technical and organizational processes
6. Improve effectiveness and efficiency of production assets & infrastructures with technical measures.
Main Tasks:
1. Drive OpEx Development
61 Facilitate OpEx community and ensure utilization of OpEx database, various tools & global standards in the region, and foster an experience exchange between BUs and global service units (GBM, RCP, GEA, GDD etc.)
61 Understand site needs, identify jointly opportunities for improvements based on the OpEx Benefit Guideline
61 Work (pro)actively with sites to define tailor made optimization projects and leverage OpEx benefits, initiate OpEx measures via dialogues, workshops, site assessments, etc.
61 Preparation, execution, and documentation of OpEx workshops at sites based on ODs or sites requirements
2. Plant and Site Development (PSD) Consulting Service
Focus on PSD project which help for development of the right organizational processes and setup in and between production plants, site services and support functions
61 Create PSD specific project proposals and achieve alignment with sponsor
61 Optimization of processes, organization and interfaces at a single plant or whole production site, specific concept development.
61 Support in implementing defined roadmap of PSOD project. Our role can be supportive (as PSOD expert or coach) or driving (as implementation manager).
61 Support in defining asset and site target pictures, support in creating asset and site development plan.
3. LEAN Transformation Consulting Service
61 Develop continuous improvement capability of individuals within BASF through training, experiential learning and coaching to sustain process improvements in Operations organization.
61 Work (pro)actively with sites to define/develop tailor made optimization projects and leverage OpEx benefits, initiate OpEx measures via dialogues, workshops, site assessments, etc.
61 Utilize fundamental Improvement method/tools smoothly (LSS Training/ LEAN Basics Principles; Process improvement tools: Process Mapping/VSM/5S/ SMED/…) for various customized on-demand LEAN transformation projects
61 Tailor-made systematic improvement program including transparency, concept development and implementation to achieve your specific targets. Through this transformation programs, we cultivate a continuous improvement culture in your organization.
4. OpEx Consulting Projects Implementation Support
61 Drive and support the implementation of the agreed measures in the region with appropriate speed in a sustainable manner
61 Support the sites in tracking OpEx measures regularly and align for corrective measures if needed.

Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor' degree or above, in Chemical Engineering or related courses.
2. More than 10 years of working experience with following area(s),
- Methodology expert for Operational Excellence
- Thorough knowledge of OpEx tools and principles
- Experience in applying OpEx tools and principles in different areas
- Good knowledge of OpEx database and Operations KPIs
- Knowledge about BASF KPIs and systems
- Experience in data collection and evaluation
- Good knowledge of industry and company culture
3. Technical and Professional Knowledges:
- Lean Six Sigma: Black Belt Certification
- Ability to interact with people at all level of the organization
- Strong training, moderation, communication skills
- High analytical skills and ability for abstract though
- Ability to motivate others for change
