According to company’s relevant rules, Handling bank clearings and relevant accountings. Keeping securities, financial chop and bank notes and so on. This role will report directly to Finance Supervisor.
按照有关规定和制度，办理银行结算及有关账务，保管有价证券、财务印章及有关票据等工作。此职位将会直接汇报给会计主管。
Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责
61 Accurate operation bank deposits and cash receipts and payments
准确进行银行存款与现金的收支操作.
61 Provide bank balance in time
及时提供银行存款余额.
61 Responsible for staff reimbursement
负责员工报销业务.
61 Responsible for the operation of cash module in SAP
负责SAP中现金管理模块的操作.
61 Responsible for the bank notes discount and maturity acceptance work
负责汇票有关业务的帖现和到期承兑工作.
61 Responsible for the preparation monthly bank reconciliation
负责月度银行余额调节表的编制.
61 Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.
遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护.节约能源，减少废弃物.符合国家法规的规定.保障员工的健康安全.
Basic qualifications 基本条件
61 Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历
61 graduate in 2024
2024年毕业
61 be familiar with the SAP system
熟练使用SAP系统
61 Good English skills in reading and writing.
具备良好的英语读写能力
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件
61 Experience in cashier positions in foreign companies is preferred.
