产品创新中心管培生项目，面向2024/2025应届硕士学历毕业生，专业为食品、药品、生物、化学等相关专业。优秀的英文沟通能力，快速学习和团队协作能力。
1. As member of PIC team, ensure objectives & targets of PIC are reached (i.e. I&R projects, technical support and knowledge transfer to factories).作为产品创新中心的一员，确保部门的目标达成（例如：新产品开发项目，技术支持和信息转移至工厂）。
2. Responsible for leading the product portfolio compliance aspects for Safety, Regulatory, Nutritional and internal Nestlé requirements. Discuss and drive regulatory changes/input with NHS regulatory team (GB Compliance Locally).
负责协调产品合规各项事宜，例如法律法规、食品安全、营养安全和其他雀巢内部要求。与NHS法规团队沟通法律法规的变化。
3. Coordinate MRM activities related to compliance, complexity reduction and ingredient and recipe management at factory level.
在工厂层面上处理MRM相关工作，例如合规性，流程简化，及物料和配方管理。
4. RMPS creation and management. 原料采购标准的创建和管理。
5. Provide internal training and/or support for corporate MRM tools at factory level (CAT, Dev Ex, SAP-RM).
在工厂层面，提供关于MRM工具使用的相关培训。
