1. 负责对口业务部门的人力资源工作,贯彻企业文化,各项政策、流程的落实执行,并针对执行结果进行有效反馈;

2. 充分利用招聘渠道,执行招聘工作流程,完成招聘指标;

3. 协助配合公司完成校园招聘工作;
3. Assist with campus recruitment projects;
4. 员工关系维护,包括:员工违纪、员工沟通等;
4. Employee relationship maintenance, including employee discipline violation, employee communication,etc;
5. 协助各类员工活动的策划、组织及推动实施;
5. Assistant for planning, organization and implementation of various activities of the enterprise;
6. 上级交代的其他事宜等。

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业优先;
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in human resources is preferred;
2.0-2年左右3C行业工作经验或猎头相关经验;
2. About 0-2 years working experience in 3C industry or headhunting related experience.
3.熟悉招聘流程,具有丰富的招聘经验与技巧,熟悉国家相关法律法规;
3. Be familiar with the recruitment processand be familiar with relevant national laws and regulations;
4.热爱人力资源工作,优秀的语言表达能力及沟通协调能力,抗压能力强。
