Responsibilities:
Closely work with cross functional teams and Semi internal team to build up & enhance data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework.
Leverage datasets and develop dashboards/reports to business performance, support ad-hoc analysis reports per business needs. Drive reports & data fast delivery with high quality and well-organized output.
Proactively share business insight through business data analyze and apply digital tools to support strategic decisions.
Support Semi Commercial Leader such as project pipeline management & tracking, execution from data analysis perspective.
Aligning with Semi market strategies, demonstrate value chain and enhance industrial leadership with excellent event operation.
Follow key objectives, campaigns, and tactics to drive market growth and brand awareness. Implementing the annual marketing plan, and execution of marketing activities.
Regularly performance review of event/campaign results and discover relevant insights, content gaps, and opportunities for improvements.
Developing innovative marketing tools, campaigns and channels for specific message communication and demand generation according to marketing strategy.
Effectively handling and coordinating vendors of event operation and creation services and controlling and supervising marketing expense.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree or above in Material Science, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Business Administration or relevant.
Strong communication and negotiation ability. Capable to drive intensity and excel in a driven environment with diverse stack holders.
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is helpful.
Proficient English communication. Oral and writing.
Over 30% travel of the time, to fulfill job responsibilities.
Excellent in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Report Consolidation.
