We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Legal Department. The candidate will work for a specific operating company- Videojet under Veralto Group in China and participating in legal support to business and operation of the company. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment.
Office Location: Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong
Office Hour: 9 am – 5.30 pm
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned
Assist with translation of legal documents between English and Chinese
Review and analyze commercial contracts (standard templates & customer template) under supervision
Support the legal team with document preparation and organization
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a law degree (senior undergraduate or graduate student)
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Available to work at least 2 days, better 3 days per week
Passing the Legal Qualification Examination is preferred
