Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores receive many goods every month. It is products such as toys, office supplies, personal care, home accessories, electronics etc. The stores are in European countries as well as in “Rest of the World” (RoW in short): Japan, Korea, Middle East, Southeast Asia and potentially more countries outside Europe to come.
You will report directly to the Row / Franchise Manager at our Shanghai Office. And the position could be adjusted to junior or senior level based on interview outcome.

As Row / Franchise Merchandiser, you will be responsible that RoW orders are smoothly operated from placement till delivery. You will have close communication with partners in RoW countries, as well as cooperation with Danish and Shanghai teams on daily operation and problem solving.
Responsibilities
61 Ensure all operational task for each Market is serviced to a High level of performance
61 Order management, ensure that each ROW partner meets deadlines for Consolidation on Campaign & Fixed items with RoW partners before order placement
61 Supplier management i.e. on negotiation of Price, MOQ and delivery
61 Order placement & follow up
61 Support Product Compliance and Packaging to ensure that all products is meeting local quality and labelling requirements
61 Alignment & co-ordination of shipping / purchase & sales order flow / containers between WH and RoW partners
61 Close Communication on additional order request, cancellation, ETD, compliance issues, quality claim, etc., with Row Partners at daily basis
61 Master data management, includes but not limited to data creation and maintain in relevant systems.
61 Monitor China warehouse stock level via (AX) warehouse system + forwarder inventory list, ensure commitments to each ROW market is met
61 Regularly generate inventory reports, such as inventory status reports, inventory turnover reports, etc., to provide management with decision support. At the same time, data analysis tools are used to identify problems and improvement opportunities in inventory management.

We are looking for below profile:
61 An merchandiser who holds a bachelor’s degree of international trade, and/or min. 5 years relevant work experience in buying offices.
61 Microsoft super user, especially in Excel is a must
61 Good experience in system operation (i.e. PLM, ERP, AX, etc.)
61 High accuracy level and detail driven
61 Proficient in English both oral and written
As a person you must be structured, efficient, and detail-oriented at the same time. You are used to work under short deadlines and keep calm, communicate professional, and positive attitude – also during busy periods.
