RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
1. Release stock transfer order for BU business, and tracking the progress to ensure material availability for sales orders.
根据业务部门需求下达调度指令，跟踪执行进度，确保销售订单所需物料充足。
2. Release Process Order to plant manufacturing and tolling, and follow up the production progress to deliver goods on schedule and with quality.
向工厂及代工方下达生产指令，跟进进度，保障产品按时保质交付。
3. Be responsible for Inventory/NWSM management for BU FG/TG.
负责业务部门成品/半成品库存管理，优化库存周转效率。
4. Focused on daily operation on inventory management. Timely follow-up on the actual demand, provide quick reaction on planning adjust to secure the order fulfillment.
监控日常库存动态，及时根据实际需求调整计划，确保订单达成率。
5. Alert any potential shortage or any abnormal supply delay and work with BU planner to highlight the impact on business.
提前识别缺货或供应异常风险，联动业务计划员评估影响并制定对策。
6. Other tasks to support BU Supply Chain Resilience.
协助完成提升业务部门供应链抗风险能力的其他任务。
REQUIREMENTS岗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
本科或以上学历
2. Minimum 1 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production scheduling, FG/TG scheduling, supply planning, etc.
至少一年供应链相关外企工作经验，如生产计划、成品计划、供应链计划等。
3. Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred.
有化工行业经验者优先考虑。
4. Good Communication Skills.
优秀的沟通表达能力。
5. Good data analysis skills, Excel and SAP.
优秀的数据处理分析能力，excel以及SAP使用技能。
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
英语听说读写流利。
