质量工程师岗位描述：
1. Responsible of production quality management of the plant and process quality inspectors
2. Conduct flash station audit, process audit and product audit d on internal audit plan and product’s specification
3. As member of QRQC team, pilot the identification and solving of quality issue risk of production line
4. Track internal quality performance, such as FTQ, internal PPM etc., and ensure the achievement of internal quality target. Reduce the scrap cost.
5. Assist the customer audit. Reply the customer complaint and follow the warranty issue.
6. Responsible of process quality record and archive, including all concerned quality documentation transferred from project team
7. Provide the technical support for customer if needed, such as customer on-site service etc.
8. Lead to review regularly PFMEA , control plan and WI etc. for continuous improvement
9. Regular checking on production line for quality issue finding, WI’s respect of operator
10. Report the abnormities to hierarchical manager, follow the escalation rules.
11. Responsible of quality tools, gages good status etc.
12. Prepare the Weekly and monthly internal quality report.
13. Responsible of lesson learned data regarding internal quality
14. Support energy management and saving activities.
15. Other assigned quality related work
