Responsibilities
85 Service basic data management, including the creation and update of customers, installed base, service contract, spare parts, etc.
85 Track the usage of spare parts and consumables, timely feedback the shortage situation and make replenishment. Follow up the quotations, purchase orders and invoice.
85 Filter out service complaints from the service record, translate and upload all information and documents related to the GCH System.
85 Other tasks as assigned.
