Responsibilities:
- Contact with local team and third parties to follow up orders and check goods delivery.
- Follow up the requests from the clients and, when required and instructed, act as client’s internal staff to third parties.
- Collect, organize, and enter data and information of sales, deposits, orders, and invoices, etc. in SAP system.
- Reconcile sales statements, prepare and update regular statistical reports.
- Be the key role to connect different departments and final clients.
- Make products research for marketing purposes.
- Handle other matters entrusted by clients and internal line managers/GM.
Requirements:
1.Previous experience in fashion industry or E-commerce.
2.Knowledge of Chinese E-commerce platform.
3.Good team player.
4.Ability to work in fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5.Strong communication skills.
6.Analytic skills and sensitive to numbers.
7.Proficient in MS office.
8.Full command of Mandarin and English.
