岗位职责:
1. Lead the LIFE ( Lean Initiatives For Excellence) diagnosis to identify the opportunities and define the STAs to reach the CAP objectives. /通过精益诊断来识别改善机会,并设立项目以完成指标。
2. Lead at least one project per year to increase the production efficiency or reduce the lead time. /每年负责至少一个提升效率或缩短交期的项目。
3. Facilitate the Kaizen event to develop the skill of lean management and improve the key performance. /引导改善活动/发展员工的精益改善的技能并完成关键指标的优化。
4. Coach employees to suggest improvement actions for their areas to develop culture of employee empowerment. /引导员工对各自区域的改善,创建全员参与的文化。
5. Maintain and support LIFE system's tools running in the factory. /维持和支持精益系统工具在工厂可持续地运行。
