JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1.In-Store Activity Execution to ensure OTIF launch, including:
Store-list filter to ensure it meets brand’s guideline
Instore POSM and premiums production and delivery to store
Perfect execution in-store via coordinating with event agency closely.
2. In-store Activity performance tracking and review:
During the activity period, ensure the execution in line with plan
After activity period, help project leader to accumulate and analyze data (by store type, activity type, region, province, etc.) to understand what’s working and what’s to be improved.
3. Data collection, cleaning and analysis:
Assist in ad-hoc data collection and in-market research and generate reports using Microsoft Excel to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
Regular offline and online data organization and analysis
4. Team daily operation support such as sample delivery, system-based processing e.g. PO, IO, contract, LP, meeting room booking etc.;
5. Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and speed.
Maintain documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system protocols.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Responsible for instore activities OTIF delivery as well as the performance tracking and post review.
Responsible for daily operation excellence with good timeline management.
Responsible for data and MKT research support on project base.

Experiences & Qualifications
1. 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or data-driven roles.
2. Proven track record of managing system-based workflows (e.g., ERP, CRM, or order management systems).
3. Experience in project coordination or analytics within a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced user of **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
Skills
1. Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
2. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and create actionable insights.
3. Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Adaptability to evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
8. Good at English and Mandarin
9. Familiar with China market and heavy users for social platforms(RED, DOUYIN)
