Position Summary
The Structural Simulation Engineer will be responsible for conducting various structural simulations as well as multi-body dynamics simulations to support the design and development of engineering components and systems. This role directly contributes to the company's engineering core competency growth and engineering scope expansion.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Develop and validate finite element analysis (FEA) models for structural, thermal, modal, stiffness, and harmonic response simulations.
Conduct structural and multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulations to assess and optimize the performance of engineering components and systems.
Provide design recommendations based on simulation results to ensure components meet performance and safety requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to integrate simulation results into the product development process.
Enhance current standard analysis practices and tools to improve prediction fidelity and execution speed.
Document analysis objectives, assumptions, results, and conclusions in technical reports.
Present simulation results and recommendations to engineering teams and management.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in simulation technologies and methodologies.

Requirements / Qualifications
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related fields.
NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) background is preferred.
Proficient with software such as MATLAB, ANSYS, Abaqus, ADAMS, RecurDyn, or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
