Summary: 职位简介
Project Engineer – Responsible for Hardware engineering, milestone track, process coordinator and delivery of projects according to technical specifications, budgets and contractual delivery date. 项目工程师主要负责硬件设计、项目节点跟踪、过程协调及根据技术规格书、预算及合同交期执行项目交付。
Responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Make & update drawing and document for customer, shipyard and class. 根据客户、船厂及船级社要求制图并更新文件
2.Follow-up interface with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors. 跟踪与下游承包商、供应商的接口
3.Follow-up project milestone, plan for purchase & production & software & commissioning & kick over. Report progress and technical status for own projects to upper Manager. 跟踪项目节点、及采购、生产、软件、调试相关计划。并向上级经理汇报所负责项目的具体进程及技术状态。
4. Participate with IAT/FAT when needed. 必要时参与IAT/FAT
5.Assist project manager to kick over project to warranty. 协助项目经理向保修移交项
Competence 岗位要求：
1.Familiarize with and compliance with HSE requirements of company/department and project. 熟悉公司、部门、项目等不同层级的合规及安排相关要求
2.Obey the rules & regulations and behavior ethics of company/department and team. 遵守公司、部门、团队的各项规章制度及行为准则
3.Fully understand the responsibilities and working procedures of own position, team and department. 充分理解部门、团队及本岗位的职责及工作程序
4.Get newest job-related knowledge and information timely. 及时掌握工作相关的最新技能及资讯
5.Self-driven with positive working attitude. 具有自我驱动和积极主动的工作态度
6.Good team-work player and willing to travel. 良好的团队协作意识，接受出差
7.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred. Marine Engineering, or propulsion engineering or common industry: Thermal machine/Electrical/Automation 本科或以上同等学历，船舶工程、热能及动力学、电气及自动化等相关专业
8.Fluent communication, both oral and written in English. 流利的口头及书面英文表达能力
9.Skill at using CAD, Microsoft Apps. 具备使用CAD制图软件及微软等办公软件的能力
